At Menlo High School's Women in STEM Conference, our mission is to empower, inspire, and support young women pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We strive to create a nurturing community that addresses and overcomes the unique challenges women face in these fields, fostering confidence, curiosity, and a passion for innovation. Through mentorship, education, and advocacy, we aim to bridge the gender gap and cultivate a diverse and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.

Women in STEM face significant obstacles, including gender bias, underrepresentation, and a lack of role models. These challenges can hinder their confidence and limit their opportunities for growth and advancement. Our initiative seeks to dismantle these barriers and create a supportive network that champions the success and potential of women in STEM- starting right at the root, High School.
